Based on the Sichuan Ma La Tang concept for numbing (Ma), burning (La) and neutral (Tang) taste, our menu represents an extraordinary array of culinary, seasonal masterpieces fashioned by Chef Chan, using the freshest premium ingredients.


Born in Chong Qing, Chef Chan Kai Ying brings over 50 years of culinary experience to Hong Kong. Inspired by what she ate growing up, Chan tweaks Sichuan favourites to suit this generation’s more health-conscious eaters, putting together a variety of vegan and vegetarian options.
