With the holiday season fast approaching, it’s time to start planning and make up for missing out on last year’s festivities with visits to Hong Kong’s best restaurants for a memorable Christmas celebration.

Chilli Fagara
This Christmas, Sichuan mainstay Chilli Fagara has created a nine-course menu that would surprise regulars of traditional western restaurants. Perfect for spicy food lovers who’re looking to enjoy a memorable festive dining experience, the menu includes a delectable spread of classic Sichuan dishes crafted with contemporary twists.
Guests will start with appetisers on sharing plates such as baked clams with fresh green peppercorn and lettuce wraps with Sichuan preserved sausages, before feasting on the hot and sour soup with fresh seafood. Next up, hearty mains such as stir-fried lobster with vermicelli in chilli sauce, crispy fried lamb shank, and crab meat and egg white fried rice with premium truffle sauce will be served. Save room for dessert as their candied sugar cage with fiery chilli chocolate ice cream, and the house special mulled wine infused with Sichuan peppercorn are the perfect way to cap off your meal.
When: The nine-course menu is available from November 22 to January 1, 2022, for a minimum of two persons. Guests are required to make a reservation two days in advance.
